Managing your plans.

All you LefokaLive inactive, active, and paused plans can be managed from your View plans page.

Activating the plan

A inactive plan is created when you could not complete the entire checkout process, you are free to carry on where you left of.

To activate a plan you need to:

  1. Go to Lefoka sign in page
  2. Sign into your account
  3. Go to View plans page
  4. Locate the plan you need to activate
  5. Click on the three dots next to or below the plan
  6. Click Activate plan
  7. Proceed to checkout

Cancelling a plan

A inactive plan can be cancelled anything and you will not be charged for it, and you can recreate the plan again anytime you want to.

To cancel a plan you need to:

  1. Go to Lefoka sign in page
  2. Sign into your account
  3. Go to View plans page
  4. Locate the plan you need to cancel
  5. Click on the three dots next to or below the plan
  6. Click Cancel plan

Requesting a pause or cancellation

When a plan is active and you wish to either pause or cancel it you need to do the following:

  1. Go to Lefoka sign in page
  2. Sign into your account
  3. Go to View plans page
  4. Locate the plan you wish to pause or cancel
  5. Click on the three dots next to or below the plan
  6. Click the action you would like to take i.e. request a pause or request a cancellation
    You will receive an email after you requested for a plan pause or a cancellation

All plan pauses and cancellations are subject to the following terms:

Rolling back a pause or cancellation request

You are free to rollback an active plan pause or cancellation before Lefoka carries it through. When rolling back a request Lefoka will ensure that your plan return to what it was before you requested for a pause or cancellation.

To immediately rollback a request you need to:

  1. Go to Lefoka sign in page
  2. Sign into your account
  3. Go to View plans page
  4. Locate the plan you wish to rollback
  5. Click on the three dots next to or below the plan
  6. Click Rollback request

Updating your active plan payment card

To update your active card for any plan you need to:

  1. Go to Lefoka sign in page
  2. Sign into your account
  3. Go to View plans page
  4. Locate the plan you need to update
  5. Click on the three dots next to or below the plan
  6. Click Update card
    You will be redirected to PayFast where you can update your card

Additional plan information

To view additional information about your plan you need to:

  1. Go to Lefoka sign in page
  2. Sign into your account
  3. Go to View plans page
  4. Locate the plan you wish to view
  5. Click on the three dots next to or below the plan
  6. Click About plan
