Changing your personal info.

You can edit your personal info like your name(s), gender, email address, contact number etc.
You will be asked to verify that this is really you, when attempting to change your password, contact information and active card.
The change/update updates immediately across your Lefoka account. To update your personal info:
- Go to Lefoka sign in page
- Enter your email address
- Click Continue
- Enter your password
- Click Log into account
If you are already signed in to your account, navigation to LefokaLive account - Click on the user icon on the top right side of your screen
- Click My account
My account link can be found on any Lefoka product or solution - Under Personal info click on any field you want to change/update.
Lefoka will share any of your personal information with other people who make use of Lefoka products and solutions.
Full name
You can change your name as many times as you want to. Lefoka advises that you use the name(s) as seen on your identity book.

- Creating a personalising experience across our products and solutions
- For invoicing reasons
Gender
Indicating your gender lets Lefoka know how to refer to you. Your can choose to:
- Specify your gender
- Choose not to disclose it
Date of birth
Your birthday may be used for account security and personalisation across Lefoka products and solutions.
Some ways Lefoka uses your date of birth
- Making sure you are old enough for certain services and features
- Know when to show a birthday theme on your account
