Change or reset your password.

You can change your password for security reasons or reset it if you forget it. Your Lefoka account password is used to access many Lefoka products and solutions.

Reset your password

When you are not signed in to your account and you wish to reset or change your password for security reasons, you need to:

  1. Go to Lefoka sign in page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Click Continue
  4. Click Reset your password
    You will be emailed a reset link, use it to set a new password
You can reset your password as many times as you want to. Keep in mind that after you have reset your password, the new password you create will be the password you will be using going forward when you want to log into your account.

Reset your password

When you are signed in to your account and you wish to reset or change your password for security reasons, you need to:

  1. Go to LefokaLive
  2. Click on the user icon on the top right side of your screen
  3. Click My account
    My account link can be found on any Lefoka product or solution
  4. Under Personal info click on Password
  5. Enter your current password
  6. Click Revalidate
  7. Create your new password

  8. Click Save
